Apartment flooding January 2007
The flood was caused by a water pipe bursting in the storage closet off the patio which is just off that window.
There is the hole the water came blowing through
The water soaked everything in the living room, including the projector that was a few feet off the ground.
The lovesac was completely soaked through
At one point, the carpet cleaning crew sucked up 100 gallons of water
Then we had four days for the carpets to dry and get the padding underneath replaced
