Recipes

Parmesan Chicken:

2 C. crushed Ritz crackers
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 C. plain yogurt
1/4 C. butter, melted

Combine cracker crumbs,cheese, and garlic salt. Dip each piece of chicken in yogurt to coat and then in crumb mixture. Put in greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


Chicken Salad Filling:

4 C. cooked chicken, shredded
1 C. celery, finely minced
1/3 C. yellow onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. mayo
pepper to taste

Combine all ingred. and stir until well blended.


Raspberry Honey Butter:

1 pound butter, unsalted
8 ounces honey
8 ounces raspberry preserves
1 tsp. vanilla

whip butter until light and fluffy. Add honey, raspberry preserves and vanilla. Continue to whip until mixed.

Those all sound soooo good. I have to try them.

So I tried the parm chicken it was really good and very easy and fast to make. But make sure you get the orignal ritz crackers and not the cheese ones.
