Saturday night my sweet husband took me out to Macaroni Grill at the Riverwoods. Came home and watched House while eating a yummy dessert we brought home with us, a Lemon Passion cake with caramel.
Sunday, I woke up with a brown box right next to me and inside were all of these lotions and hand wash. I gotta love that man, especially because the entire week leading up to Mother's Day he kept saying, oh is it Mother's Day on Sunday, and I keep telling him, it is in the U.S. but you Canadians might celebrate it some other Sunday. I wasn't expecting anything from him.
We went to Sacrament meeting and then came home so we could go to my parents house to talk to Brian since he was calling at 3pm. It was so much fun to hear his voice and to hear how his testimony has grown. He is loving every moment of his mission and is very happy. Afterwords we ate Parmesan Chicken and ate Yummy raspberry rolls form Shirley Bakery.
To our wonderful mothers:
I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me through out my life, you have kissed my scrapped knee to make them feel better, you have stayed up with me when I wasn't feeling well, you calmed my fears, you guided me and wished me the best, you loved me with a never-failing love, and you were always there to give me a listening ear.
I’ll love you forever
I’ll like you for always
For always
Together we’ll be.
Love, Stacie and David
