Rain Storm

We have had one rainstorm this Summer. When the dark clouds came rolling in with lightening and thunder we knew it was going to be a good storm. After about 20 minutes the lightening and thunder stopped so we headed outside to watch and listen and play in the rain. 
I remember playing and splashing in the Summer storm puddles. I knew that you needed to have some of these memories for you. Rain doesn’t happen very often anymore, so we'll take advantage when we can and it was the best 40 minutes of the day.   By the end we witnessed a beautiful rainbow.
