You were just 2 years old when we bought you your big boy bed set. When you were a few weeks shy of turning 2, seemingly just overnight, you started to be afraid of your crib and would scream if you got anywhere near it and you would climb out of it a handful of times. We were shocked. You’ve always loved your crib and would point to it when you were ready to go to sleep.
You loved all things with wheels so when I was looking for the perfect bed sheets and saw the car/trucks and the motorcycle, I knew you would love it and you did for the longest time. When your 5th birthday was fast approaching you said you wanted an Iron Man room. It struck me hard knowing that you are growing up far too fast. It was time for a change, that I am not ready for.
Your curtains that match your bed spread.
The RYKER wall. You face this wall and every night you recite the letters in your name.
We diffuse DoTerra in your room every night and you even help pick out two different oils to diffuse. I bought these bins when I was setting up your nursery.
We bought this giant teddy bear when you were one. You love to randomly give it hugs, wrestle with it and sit in-between the legs and read books. It’s been a lifelong friend.
These two masterpieces are my all times favorites. When you were about 3 years old you picked up a pen and drew a picture of yourself. You even included your spiked hair.
I made this quote canvas for you and it hangs on your wall as you enter the room.
