Looking back at 2011

I have been working on the 2012 calendar and while I was working on it Ryker sat on the office chair reviewing 2011. He would flip though each month and really study the pictures. When he would see a picture of himself he would get a big smile and point to it.

Here are some of the highlights and lowlights of this past year.

Highlights:

1. Dave has been at VMT for over a year and loves it.
2. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 2007 limited in February.
3. I have been able to be a stay at home mom to the most wonderful son.
4. Ryker turned 1.
5. David bought me a DSLR Nikon camera; I am so excited to start learning photography and Photoshop.
6. We have been at our town house in Orem for 1 1/2 years and we love it.
7. We went on our first family road trip to White Fish, Montana for over 2 weeks in August.
8. We have all been healthy throughout the whole year besides the normal cold or teething.
9. Dave and I celebrated being married 5 years!
10. Brought in the new year in Canada and ended the year again in Canada.
    

Lowlights:

1. Ryker hit the back of his head really hard and pass out.
2. VMT struggling to find investments so paychecks came late some months.
3. I sprained my left ring finger in February and had to get my ring cut off the 1st of April and go to hand therapy several times and it is still swollen.
   

A lot has happen and I can not believe 2011 is already gone. We are all excited to see what 2012 will bring.
