We thought….

We thought there was a Halloween fun run at the university mall. We got there only to find out it was the Saturday before. We went  and played at the new playground instead. I was watching Nicole when I saw this tender moment between you and daddy.

We went inside to the Halloween store. You found Iron Giant mask and you exclaimed, “I want to be him for Halloween next year!”

Nicole joined in the fun and tried on some masks.

In the bathroom at the playground they had elementary age kids draw pictures on tiles. I loved looking at them especially the title where the kid  drew his view while swinging. The knobby knees made me laugh out loud.

My second favorite is the girl painting the mountains.  Kids drawings are the best.

The day is always better when we are together.
