Date Night

We haven’t had a date night in a while where it was just the two of us. We normally take Ryker. Saturday afternoon we dropped little guy off at Nana and Gramp’s, then went down the hill to Downtown Provo.

I cherish the time I get to be with my love. Saturday for our date we walked up and down downtown Provo looking at the little stores, then walked around the Provo City Center Temple….

We went across the street to the most delicious place, the Black Sheep Café, where I enjoyed steak taco with rice and beans which were on special. Dave enjoyed a bison burger with rosemary mayo, monterey jack, red onion, cabernet sauvignon reduction, and arugula on pretzel bun with rosemary fries.
As if we weren’t full enough, we walked next door to try the new Rockwell Ice Cream shop. Oh my heavens, it was divine. We sat outside on a bench enjoying homemade waffle cones with Cookies and Crème ice cream for Dave and Huckleberry Pie for me. We did this until the rain starting coming down and we ran to our car to finish our treat.
