Tulip Festival

On Friday April 29th, we picked up Dave from work and headed to Thanksgiving point to pick up running packets for both you and Dave. We got three free tickets to the Tulip Festival.
It was a beautiful day. We walked around looking and looking and smelling all the fragrant flowers while taking lots of brakes.

I told Dad as we walked around I need at least 2 good pictures to hang on the wall. I was getting a little bummed because the sunny and I didn’t want the sun in our faces. Then a perfect opportunity came the sun went behind a cloud and there was no one around or behind us. We quickly took pictures some picture. I loved how they turned out. Oh your no teeth smiling phase.

The Tulip Festival was absolutely beautiful. It was so nice to walk around as a family and enjoy each others company. There is something about walking around nature that bring peace to our souls and rejuvenates us. It was just what all of us needed.
We finished the day off  with food at  Cubby’s to eat hamburgers, fries and you got sweet potato fries, and milk shake.
We can’t wait to do it again next year.
