(32 and 33) months

*You love tackling dad. When you go tackle his back you say, “Super Dave.” We have no clue where you got that from.
*You are always asking questions, “is this blue, is that a truck, is this mommies?”
*You are our little parrot, we will be talking about something and you will repeat it back. 
*You are learning my name, you will once in a while call me Stacie and I have to correct you and say mommy. When I call out daddy's name 'Dave' you will chime in and repeat what Dave. Then I have to correct myself and call 'Daddy'. Silly boy.
*Octonauts is your favorite show.
*You are Mr. independent which you have always been, you insist on using your potty with out reminders, brushing your own teeth, and climbing on the chair to get into your high chair.
*You hate it when I do your hair. I have to chase you around just to wet and comb your hair.
*You love to go to nursery. It only took a year and half but you will let daddy leave within 3 minutes or just drop you off and leave.  We are proud parents.
*You are still a very picky eater. For breakfast you usually ask for Nutella or cinnamon toast; for lunch you want only quesadilla with salsa, mac and cheese, chips and hummus or grilled cheese. For dinner you are served what we are eating.  Choice of drink, juice over anything then milk or water.
*You are growing like a weed and your 2t clothes and size 7 shoes are getting too small. It makes me sad every time I have to go get a size up in all your clothes. Slow down and stop growing.
*Your new favorite book is, Going on a Bear Hunt. While reading, when we get to, they can’t go under it, they can’t go over, they have to…. and you say," go through it.” When we get to it’s a… you say “a bear.” It makes me giggle every time.
*You are helping us pray. While we are praying you whisper, “thankful for my toys, thankful for my food, thankful my mommy, daddy.” Every prayer is different and we are loving listening to what you will be grateful for next.   
*You tell us when you don’t want to go swimming, “the wateo is cold.” You say this while shivering.  It makes us laugh every time you do it.
*Favorite sentences you say;
‘Spenco see me all time?’
‘Cuse me’. (excuse me)


Ryker,
Our sweet boy you bring so much joy and happiness. When we have a rough day all it takes is a hug and to hear these sweet words  'I wuv you ' to brighten our day. We were beaming from ear to ear when we first saw you and we are still.
