Saturday.

Saturday’s are daddy's longest run days of the week. He went running for an hour and a half and we met him at Nielson’s Grove Park.
Daddy beat us there and when you got out of the car you quickly ran over while yelling, “daddy,daddy!”

Walking and running around looking at all the beautiful flowers and following the maze. It was another gorgeous Spring day. This was the first time this season wearing shorts. I love seeing your little knees after several months wearing pants.

Trying to conquer the twisted stair case. You weren’t sure about it and daddy helped you. You kept pointing to the real stairs, and he let you down. I am so glad you gave it a try and hopefully next time you will actually conquer it.

Then you found out that you could hang like a monkey all by yourself and drop to the ground. “Daddy, do it again!” you say after you barely hit the ground.
You did it over and over again until you couldn’t hang on any more.

This over hanging tree is so cool. Just your size to run around in.

Our park trip wasn’t long, but it was sure fun. We can’t wait to do many more of these Saturday park pick-up daddy visits.
