Tender mercy

This has been on my mind. I never documented this one experience that happened 6 months ago, but I had the feeling that it needs to be recorded.
For a while I'd been wanting a new purse. At that time our finances were tight.   My old purse was getting old and I looked around but all the purses I wanted were out of my price range. I put the thought of buying a purse into the back of mind while I would continue to use my current purse.

I went to DI to look for something, {now I can’t remember} and just before leaving we stopped at the yard area to let Ryker play with the larger toys. I was standing by the suit cases when I glanced over and saw a mustard yellow suit case. I went over to check it out, but instead of a suit case it was a Prada purse in perfect condition for only $5; they can run upwards of 1,000 dollars or more. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I smiled knowing that it was the perfect price and it was placed there for me.
