{33 Weeks}

Nothing too interesting has happened this week. I am feeling great. I have noticed a couple of things though: First, I am getting up 2-3 times at night to use the restroom and Second, he pushes on my bladder when I am at the store (it seems to only happen at the store) causing me to rush to the restroom.
The closer I get to my due date the more I am getting nervous for him to come. Half of me is so excited and I know I am "nesting" in preparation for his arrival. The other half is scared to death knowing that once he comes, my life will be changed forever. I have to look after another person and he will always be mine. I'm sure that this nervous half will go away once I am holding him in my arms.

Baby's Developments...
This week your baby weighs a little over 4 pounds (half a pineapple) and has passed the 17-inch mark. He's rapidly losing that wrinkled, alien look and his skeleton is hardening. The bones in his skull aren't fused together, which allows them to move and slightly overlap, thus making it easier for him to fit through the birth canal. These bones don't entirely fuse until early adulthood, so they can grow as his brain and other tissue expands during infancy and childhood.
