Cake Class

During the month of August, Chelsea (Dave's cousin) and I took a Fondant and Gum Paste class at Roberts. It was held every Tuesday from 6-8pm. We learned how to make Gum Paste flowers and make homemade fondant to cover cakes. Everything is edible, but I have to say the flowers (all made by me) aren't going to be the tastiest thing. They are hard as a rock, but they are sure pretty.
