Visitors..

We had Dave's parents come and stay with us for 3 days. On Saturday, Blanche treated me to a pedicure and afterwords we went to the Relief Society dinner and broadcast. It was very uplifting. My dad and Dave were the lucky ones babysitting Spencer. While we were doing this, my father-in-law went to a BYU game with one of Dave's bosses.
Afterwords, Doug and Blanche took us (my parents, Dave, and I) out to the Chocolate Factory to get some yummy caramel apples & chocolates.
On Sunday we enjoyed going to sacrament and then we headed off to the mountains for a scenic Sunday afternoon drive. We went to Squaw Peak and Bridal Veil Falls. It was breath taking to see all of God's creations that he has given us to enjoy. We then came home and enjoyed homemade pizza and pecan pie.

Monday morning Doug, Blanche, & Dave went to Dave's office at VMT Technologies to watch a demonstration of their latest model. I'd already seen a demo so I stayed at home and waited for them to pick me up. In the afternoon we headed off to Park City to the Tanger Outlet Mall. We met up with Dave's aunt Nay while we were there shopping and afterwords headed off to Midway to eat at the Bear Claw Cafe. It didn't open until 4pm, so we had time to drive around and see all the Swiss inspired homes. The food was fantastic. The steaks were full of flavor. No wonder it is one of Utah's up and rising best restaurants.

Tuesday morning they were off on the road to Arizona.

We are always grateful for all they do for us when they come and visit. We truly enjoyed their stay.

We are babysitting Salem for a month while Dave's parents are vacationing in Arizona for a month.

A little about Sailor man (as they sometimes call him):
He absolutely loves garage,
He loves to lick his legs, couches, blankets, bags, books, and well pretty much anything,
He doesn't like to listen,
He is still spry for his age (words from Dave), and
He is a mama's dog (he gets so depressed when she leaves). You can see from the picture below with him sitting at the door. He did that when Blanche and I left for the pedicures and Doug was at the football game.
